Value Creation Model

CSA proposes to lead ABFS through this strategic initiative in alignment with the following three project management principles:

  1. Adoption of a Winning "Customer Service Strategy" and "Customer Service Culture" will serve as the central and common point of connection for all project initiatives;
  2. All "Strategic Visioning" and "Cultural Shift" work will be processed in parallel throughout project roll-out (to ensure integration and alignment between these 'twin towers' of contribution toward ABFS' go-forward strategy); and
  3. "Customer Value Creation" (for external and internal customers), in all of its forms, will be the standard against which we will track our progress and measure our success.
